The legal team handles day-to-day legal, corporate and documentation-related work and may also deal with matters involving jurisdictions beyond India.
About the Opportunity
Collabera is looking for a Legal Intern to join its legal team at the Vadodara office. The internship is intended to provide practical exposure to how an in-house legal function supports business operations.
Selected interns may assist with reviewing and organising legal drafts and agreements, paralegal activities, corporate and company secretarial work, legal research and documentation.
Depending on the work at hand, interns may also receive exposure to agreements or advisory work involving legal jurisdictions outside India.
Location
The internship will be based at Collabera’s Vadodara office.
Stipend
This is an unpaid internship.
Eligibility Criteria
- Students in the fourth year or above of a B.A. LL.B. course may apply.
- Law graduates may apply.
- Candidates pursuing or holding a Master’s degree in law may apply.
Roles & Responsibilities
Legal Drafting and Agreements
Interns may assist with reviewing and organising legal drafts and agreements.
Paralegal Support
The selected intern will support the legal team with paralegal activities.
Corporate and Company Secretarial Work
Interns may assist with corporate and company secretarial-related work.
Legal Research
The role will involve assisting the legal team with legal research and documentation.
International Legal Work
Depending on the work at hand, interns may receive exposure to agreements or advisory work involving matters beyond the Indian legal jurisdiction.
