About Platos Law

Platos Law is inviting applications from motivated and committed law students for a long-term internship at its New Delhi office. The internship is intended to provide practical exposure to litigation and related legal work.

Interns will have the opportunity to work on matters before the NCLT, NCLAT, DRT, DRAT, RERA, District Courts, High Courts and other tribunals and judicial forums.

About the Opportunity

The internship is designed for law students who have a genuine interest in litigation and are willing to take responsibility and learn through practical work. The opportunity will provide exposure to legal research, drafting, litigation and court proceedings.

The first month of the internship will be unpaid. Based on the intern’s performance, commitment, quality of work and willingness to continue, the internship may be extended on a long-term basis, with a stipend being provided accordingly.

Duration

The first month of the internship will be unpaid. Based on performance and other factors, the internship may subsequently be extended on a long-term basis.

Location

The internship will be based at F6, Basement, Lajpat Nagar-III, New Delhi.

Stipend

The first month of the internship will be unpaid. A stipend will be provided if the internship is extended on a long-term basis based on the intern’s performance, commitment, quality of work and willingness to continue.

Deadline

The deadline to submit applications is August 17, 2026.

The internship will provide exposure to litigation matters before the NCLT, NCLAT, DRT, DRAT, RERA, District Courts, High Courts and other tribunals and judicial forums.

Roles & Responsibilities

Legal Research

Interns will undertake legal research as part of their work on litigation matters.

Drafting

Interns will gain practical exposure to legal drafting.

Litigation Support

Interns will assist with litigation-related work and matters before various judicial and quasi-judicial forums.

Court Proceedings

Interns will gain exposure to court proceedings before the NCLT, NCLAT, DRT, DRAT, RERA, District Courts, High Courts and other tribunals and judicial forums.
