About the Opportunity
Aretto is looking for an LLB and qualified CS candidate to assist with corporate legal and secretarial compliance matters. The role will involve work relating to MCA/ROC filings, legal documentation, corporate governance, and board-related documentation.
Freshers and law/CS students are also welcome to apply.

Roles & Responsibilities
Corporate Legal & Compliance

Legal Documentation
- Assist with legal documentation and agreements.
- Prepare and maintain relevant corporate documents.
Board Documentation
- Assist with preparing board resolutions and minutes.
Legal Research
- Conduct legal research relating to corporate legal and governance matters.
