About the Opportunity
RSA Law Consultants is inviting applications for two Junior Associates and one Associate. The Junior Associate positions require 1β2 years of relevant experience, while the Associate position requires at least three years of post-qualification experience in corporate litigation and advisory.
Selected candidates will work on litigation and advisory matters, including proceedings before the NCLT, NCLAT, Delhi High Court, and arbitral tribunals. Junior Associates with internships or exposure to NCLT/NCLAT matters or arbitration may also be considered.

RSA Law Consultants is hiring two Junior Associates and one Associate.
Location
The positions are based in Defence Colony, New Delhi.
Working Hours
The office timings are 9:30 AM to 8:00 PM, Monday to Saturday.
Remuneration
There is no upper limit on remuneration for the right candidate.
Eligibility Criteria
Junior Associates
- Candidates should have 1β2 years of relevant experience.
- Internships or exposure to NCLT/NCLAT or arbitration may also be considered.
- Candidates should have strong research and drafting skills.
- Applicants should have an understanding of the IBC, Companies Act, and Arbitration Act.
- Candidates should be able to assist in matters before the NCLT, NCLAT, Delhi High Court, and arbitral tribunals.
Associate
- Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of post-qualification experience in corporate litigation and advisory.
- Applicants should have hands-on drafting experience, including petitions, replies, statements of claim and defence, and agreements.
- Candidates should have a strong understanding of the IBC, company law, arbitration, and allied corporate laws.
- Applicants should be capable of handling matters independently.
General Skills
- Candidates should have excellent drafting skills.
- Applicants should have a strong understanding of corporate and commercial laws.
- Candidates should possess good communication and research skills.
- Applicants should demonstrate attention to detail, discipline, and the ability to multitask.
- Candidates should be comfortable working across litigation and advisory matters.

Roles & Responsibilities
Corporate & Commercial Litigation
- Assist with corporate and commercial disputes.
- Work on matters before courts, tribunals, and arbitral forums.
- Prepare and assist with litigation-related documentation.
Legal Drafting
- Draft petitions, replies, written statements, rejoinders, statements of claim and defence, agreements, and other legal documents.
- Assist with drafting requirements across litigation and advisory matters.
Insolvency & Corporate Law
- Work on matters involving the IBC and Companies Act.
- Assist with corporate litigation and insolvency-related proceedings.
Arbitration
- Assist with matters before arbitral tribunals.
- Work on arbitration-related pleadings and documentation.
Corporate Advisory
- Support the firmβs corporate advisory practice.
- Assist with agreements and other corporate legal documentation.
