About the Opportunity
QuadLawTech Pvt Ltd is inviting applications for the position of Compliance Analyst. The role involves legal and regulatory research, preparation of compliance checklists, monitoring regulatory developments, and supporting compliance reporting.
The selected candidate will be responsible for tracking changes in laws and regulations and working with relevant government and regulatory portals to ensure that compliance information remains accurate and updated.
Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates must hold an LL.B. or LL.M. degree.
- Applicants should have 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in compliance or legal research.
- Candidates should possess strong research skills and attention to detail.
- Applicants should be familiar with regulatory and government websites and portals.
- Candidates should have good written and analytical skills.
Roles & Responsibilities
Legal and Regulatory Research
- Conduct in-depth research on applicable laws, rules, and regulations across various sectors.
- Maintain an updated understanding of relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
Compliance
- Prepare and update compliance checklists for clients and internal use.
- Assist in ensuring timely and accurate compliance reporting.
- Support compliance-related activities based on applicable regulatory requirements.
Regulatory Monitoring
- Monitor amendments, notifications, and circulars issued by relevant government and regulatory authorities.
- Track regulatory developments through official government and regulatory websites.
Regulatory Portals
- Maintain familiarity with key regulatory and government portals.
- Monitor these portals regularly to identify relevant legal and regulatory changes.
