About the Opportunity

Applications are invited for monthly legal internships for law students seeking practical exposure to Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC) matters and commercial litigation. The internship is designed for students interested in developing litigation skills while working on matters before various judicial and quasi-judicial forums.

Selected interns will gain exposure to cases involving insolvency and commercial disputes, primarily before the Supreme Court of India (SC), the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT), and the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT).

Duration

The internship is offered on a monthly basis.

Practice Areas

The internship will provide exposure to:

  • Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC)
  • Commercial Litigation

Eligibility Criteria

  • Law students interested in Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC) and commercial litigation

Roles & Responsibilities

Legal Research

  • Conduct legal research on insolvency and commercial litigation matters.
  • Assist in analysing legal issues relating to IBC proceedings.

Drafting

  • Assist in preparing legal drafts and case-related documents.
  • Support the legal team in drafting assignments.

Litigation Support

  • Assist in matters before the Supreme Court of India, NCLAT, and NCLT.
  • Support the legal team with case preparation and litigation-related work.
