About the Opportunity
DeeCast is hiring Legal Interns for its New Delhi office. The internship is designed for law students interested in corporate law and business advisory, offering practical exposure to contract drafting, legal research, due diligence, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance.
Selected candidates will assist the legal team on corporate and commercial law assignments while gaining experience in day-to-day legal operations.
Mode
The internship will be conducted in in-office mode.
Location
The internship will be based at Connaught Place, New Delhi.
Stipend
Interns will receive a stipend ranging from ₹10,000 to ₹25,000 per month.

Eligibility Criteria
- Students pursuing a three-year or five-year LL.B. programme
- Freshers may apply

Roles & Responsibilities
Corporate Advisory
- Assist on corporate and commercial law assignments.
- Support business advisory matters handled by the legal team.
Contract Drafting
- Draft and review commercial contracts.
- Assist in preparing contractual documentation.
Legal Research
- Conduct legal research on corporate and commercial law issues.
- Support the legal team with legal opinions and advisory work.
Due Diligence
- Assist in due diligence exercises for corporate matters.
- Review documents and support transaction-related work.
Compliance
- Assist with regulatory compliance and corporate governance matters.
- Support the legal team in day-to-day compliance assignments.
