Eligibility Criteria

Roles & Responsibilities
Legal Research
- Conduct legal research on assigned matters.
- Assist the legal team in analysing legal issues.
Drafting
- Assist in preparing legal documents and drafts.
- Support the preparation of legal and transactional documentation.
Corporate Advisory
- Work on corporate and transactional assignments under the guidance of experienced professionals.
- Gain exposure to the firm’s corporate practice.
