About the Opportunity
Bansal & Co. – Trademark & Patent Attorneys is hiring Assessment Interns who are passionate about Intellectual Property Rights. The internship offers practical exposure to trademark and patent prosecution, legal research, drafting, and client-related work.
Selected interns will work under the guidance of experienced IP professionals and gain hands-on experience in real-world Intellectual Property matters. High-performing interns may also be considered for a long-term association with the firm.
Practice Areas
The internship will provide exposure to Trademark Law, Patent Law, Copyright Law, and other areas of Intellectual Property Rights.
Eligibility Criteria
- Final-year (5th Year) B.A. LL.B. or B.B.A. LL.B. students (preferred)
- Strong interest in Intellectual Property Law
- Sound understanding of Trademark, Copyright, Patent, and other IPR concepts
- Good legal research, drafting, and analytical skills
- Eagerness to learn and work in a professional Intellectual Property practice

Roles & Responsibilities
Intellectual Property Research
- Conduct legal research on Intellectual Property matters.
- Analyse issues relating to trademarks, patents, copyrights, and other IPR subjects.
Drafting
- Assist in drafting documents related to Intellectual Property matters.
- Support the team in preparing legal documents and client-related work.
Trademark & Patent Prosecution
- Assist the team in trademark and patent prosecution matters.
- Support ongoing Intellectual Property assignments under professional supervision.
