Eligibility Criteria
- Law students
- Strong command of both English and Hindi
- Ability to translate legal documents between Hindi and English
- Ability to prepare and verify transcripts for appellate court matters
- Familiarity with legal research databases such as SCC Online, Manupatra, LiveLaw, and other legal portals
Roles & Responsibilities
Legal Research
- Conduct real-time legal research using SCC Online, Manupatra, LiveLaw, and other legal databases.
- Assist the litigation team with legal research assignments.
Drafting
- Provide drafting support for litigation matters.
- Translate legal documents between English and Hindi.
Litigation Support
- Prepare and verify transcripts for appellate court matters.
- Assist the litigation team in ongoing case work.
