About Noida Legal Service Trust (NLST)
Noida Legal Service Trust (NLST) is a nonprofit organization established by Mr. and Mrs. Awana with the objective of making justice accessible to all. The Trust works towards providing free legal aid, promoting legal awareness, and supporting underprivileged individuals who are often deprived of their legal rights.
NLST is guided by Shri Peetam Awana Ji, whose commitment to social justice and community welfare has inspired the organization’s mission. The Trust was founded by Prince Awana with the vision of empowering marginalized communities through legal assistance, human rights advocacy, and access to justice.
About the Opportunity
Noida Legal Service Trust (NLST) is inviting applications from law students and young advocates for its August 2026 Internship Programme. The internship is available in both online and offline modes and is designed to provide practical exposure to legal aid initiatives, legal drafting, court proceedings, and community outreach activities.
Selected interns will have the opportunity to work alongside legal professionals, participate in legal awareness programmes, observe court proceedings, and contribute to initiatives aimed at improving access to justice for underprivileged communities.
Duration
The internship will be for one month and may be extended based on the intern’s performance and the organization’s requirements.
Mode
The internship is available in both online and offline modes.
Location
The internship will be conducted virtually as well as in Delhi NCR.
Stipend
There is no stipend for interns. However, volunteers may be eligible for a stipend subject to the organization’s policies.

Perks
Interns will receive practical exposure to legal aid work through flexible online and offline engagement.
They will gain court exposure by observing proceedings and assisting in live matters under the guidance of practising lawyers and legal experts.
Participants will receive hands-on experience in drafting legal documents, including RTI applications, Public Interest Litigations (PILs), police complaints, and legal notices.
Interns will also have the opportunity to participate in legal awareness camps conducted in rural and urban communities.
Upon successful completion of the internship, participants will receive a Certificate of Internship and Social Service. Outstanding performers may also receive a Letter of Recommendation (LOR). Additionally, interns will be offered Lifetime Membership of Noida Legal Service Trust and the opportunity to contribute towards improving access to justice for underprivileged communities.

Roles & Responsibilities
Legal Research
- Conduct legal research in support of legal aid initiatives.
- Assist legal professionals in analysing legal issues.
Drafting
- Draft RTI applications.
- Draft Public Interest Litigations (PILs).
- Prepare police complaints.
- Draft legal notices.
Litigation Support
- Observe court proceedings.
- Assist in live legal matters under the guidance of legal professionals.
Community Outreach
- Participate in legal awareness camps in rural and urban areas.
- Support initiatives aimed at promoting legal awareness and access to justice.
