About Delhi Pollution Control Committee (DPCC)

The Delhi Pollution Control Committee (DPCC) is a statutory body functioning under the Department of Environment, Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi. The Committee is responsible for implementing environmental laws, monitoring pollution levels, granting environmental consents, and promoting pollution control measures across Delhi.

DPCC has invited applications for various deputation-based positions to strengthen its technical, scientific, legal, and administrative functions.

About the Opportunity

DPCC is inviting applications for multiple posts on a deputation basis (including short-term contract). The recruitment includes legal, scientific, engineering, administrative, and technical positions.

For legal professionals, applications are invited for the posts of Assistant Law Officer and Legal Assistant.

Number of Positions

The following legal vacancies are available:

  • Assistant Law Officer: 1 Post
  • Legal Assistant: 5 Posts

The total number of vacancies under the recruitment drive is 54.

The appointments will be made on a deputation basis (including short-term contract).

The positions are based at the Delhi Pollution Control Committee, Delhi.

Roles & Responsibilities

Assistant Law Officer

  • Assist the Committee in legal matters.
  • Provide legal advice and support on regulatory and environmental issues.
  • Handle litigation and related legal proceedings.

Legal Assistant

  • Assist in legal research and case preparation.
  • Support legal documentation and administrative legal work.
  • Assist with matters relating to environmental laws and regulatory compliance.
