Case Matters Legal Services is offering a hybrid legal internship for law students interested in arbitration and contract management. The internship is designed to provide practical experience in legal research, drafting, contract review, and dispute-related work.
Interns will work closely with professionals on arbitration proceedings, contract drafting, and legal documentation while gaining exposure to infrastructure and construction disputes.

The internship will be conducted in hybrid mode.
Location
The internship is based in Delhi NCR.
Working Hours
The working hours will be from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

Roles & Responsibilities
Legal Drafting
- Draft notices, pleadings, affidavits, and final argument synopses.
- Draft, vet, and redline contracts and agreements.
Arbitration Support
- Assist in preparing applications and replies under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act.
- Support arbitration-related legal matters.
Legal Research
- Conduct legal research on infrastructure and construction disputes.
- Assist with legal research on issues arising in arbitration and contract management.
