About the Opportunity
T&S LAW is offering an Assessment Internship that may lead to absorption into the firm based on the intern’s performance. Selected interns will work on assignments involving legal research, drafting, due diligence, corporate compliances, and capital market-related matters.
The internship is intended for candidates who are detail-oriented, eager to learn, and willing to relocate for an on-site role in Noida.

Eligibility Criteria
- Fifth-year students of the five-year LL.B. programme or law graduates.
- Fourth-year and lower-year students should not apply under this internship, as the firm has a separate internship policy for them.
- Strong legal research and drafting skills.
- Interest in capital markets.
- Self-motivated candidates capable of working independently.
- Ability to quickly understand legal concepts and apply them in practice.
- Willingness to relocate for a work-from-office role.
- Preference will be given to candidates who have previously interned with firms dealing in capital markets and SEBI regulations.
Roles & Responsibilities
Legal Research
- Conduct legal research on assigned matters.
- Assist in legal drafting.
Due Diligence
- Conduct CIBIL and promoter watchout exercises.
- Assist with intellectual property due diligence.
Corporate Compliance
- Assist with the appointment of directors and other corporate legal compliances under the Companies Act, 2013.
- Support work relating to investment chapters and related corporate matters.
