About the Opportunity
LYDS Legal is inviting applications for legal internships at its Noida office. The internship is designed for law students interested in building practical knowledge of General Corporate Law.
Selected interns will gain hands-on exposure to corporate legal practice while working on legal research, drafting, and other real-world assignments under the guidance of the firm’s professionals.
Start Date
The internship will commence from August 2026 onwards.
Mode
The internship will be conducted in offline mode.
Location
The internship will be based at the Noida office of LYDS Legal.
Practice Areas
The internship will provide exposure to General Corporate Law.

Eligibility Criteria
- Fourth-year and final-year LL.B. students.
- Strong interest in Corporate Law.
- Eagerness to learn, conduct legal research, and develop legal drafting skills.
Roles & Responsibilities
Legal Research
- Conduct legal research on matters relating to corporate law.
- Assist the team in analysing legal issues.
Drafting
- Assist in drafting legal documents and related assignments.
- Develop legal drafting skills through practical work.
Corporate Advisory
- Support the firm’s corporate law practice by assisting with real-world legal assignments.
