About the Opportunity
Shiv Nadar School of Law is seeking an Associate – Careers & Institutional Partnerships to join its outreach and career services team. The role involves expanding the law school’s institutional network, increasing its visibility, and strengthening relationships with internship and corporate partners.
The selected candidate will engage with prospective and current students, parents, school counsellors, educational institutions, and internship partners. The role also includes coordinating career services initiatives and supporting internship opportunities for students.

The position is a full-time, in-person role.

The position is based in Chennai.

Eligibility Criteria
- An undergraduate degree.
- One to three years of post-qualification experience in the education sector.
- Creativity in problem-solving.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Meritto will be given additional weightage.
Roles & Responsibilities
Institutional Partnerships
- Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with schools, universities, and counsellor organisations.
- Plan and conduct campus visits, school talks, and outreach initiatives.
- Organise online and offline information sessions and related events.
Career Services
- Act as a liaison between the law school and internship partners.
- Build and strengthen relationships with law firms, legal chambers, NGOs, think tanks, and other internship partners.
- Plan and coordinate internship opportunities for students.
Outreach & Student Engagement
- Build and nurture the applicant journey through lead generation, lead nurturing, and application stages.
- Engage with prospective students, current students, parents, school counsellors, and institutional stakeholders.
