Chambers of Rudraditya Khare is headed by Rudraditya Khare, who serves as the Deputy Advocate General for the State of Madhya Pradesh and the Special Public Prosecutor for the Enforcement Directorate. The Chambers is engaged in litigation and offers law students practical exposure to legal research, drafting, and courtroom practice.
About the Opportunity
Chambers of Rudraditya Khare is inviting applications for physical internships to be conducted during the months of August, September, and October 2026. The internship is intended for law students interested in pursuing a career in litigation.
Selected interns will assist the Chambers in legal research, drafting pleadings and applications, observing court proceedings, and supporting the day-to-day functioning of the office.
Mode
The internship will be conducted in physical mode.
Location
The internship will be based at Anand Lok, New Delhi.
Eligibility Criteria
- Students in the third, fourth, or fifth year of a five-year integrated law programme.
- Students in the second or third year of a three-year LL.B. programme.
- Strong legal research and drafting skills.
- A serious interest in litigation.

Roles & Responsibilities
Legal Research
- Conduct legal research on assigned matters.
- Analyse legal issues relevant to ongoing litigation.
Drafting
- Assist in drafting pleadings, applications, and legal notes.
- Support the preparation of legal documents for court matters.
Litigation Support
- Observe court proceedings.
- Assist in the day-to-day work of the Chambers.
