Legal Research
- Conduct legal research on construction, commercial, procurement, and infrastructure laws.
- Research case law, statutes, and comparative legal materials.
Drafting
- Draft legal opinions, notices, contracts, legal correspondence, and case briefs.
Arbitration & Litigation Support
- Assist with arbitration proceedings, litigation, and construction claims.
Contract Review
- Review contracts and project documentation.
Compliance
- Support legal compliance and due diligence documentation for infrastructure projects.
Legal Content Creation
- Assist in preparing presentations, infographics, educational posts, and other content for digital platforms.
