About the Recruitment
IDBI Bank has invited online applications for 31 Specialist Officer vacancies under the grades of Deputy General Manager (Grade D), Assistant General Manager (Grade C), and Manager (Grade B). The recruitment covers multiple functional areas, including Audit–Information Systems, Infrastructure Management Department (IMD)-Premises, Legal, and Security Officer. Selection will be based on shortlisting, Group Discussion/Personal Interview, and a medical examination.
Number of Vacancies
A total of 31 vacancies have been announced under the recruitment. These include 10 posts in Audit–Information Systems, 8 posts in Infrastructure Management Department (IMD)-Premises, 9 posts in Legal, and 4 posts for Security Officer across different grades.
Salary
Selected candidates will receive salary and allowances as per the applicable grade. The approximate monthly gross salary is ₹2.04 lakh for Deputy General Manager (Grade D), ₹1.69 lakh for Assistant General Manager (Grade C), and ₹1.29 lakh for Manager (Grade B), along with other admissible benefits.
Probation Period
Selected candidates will be placed on probation for one year from the date of joining. During this period, their performance and suitability for regular appointment will be assessed in accordance with the Bank’s recruitment policy.

Eligibility Criteria
Audit – Information System (AGM)
- Age: 28–40 years.
- Relevant Engineering/IT qualification or equivalent.
- Minimum 7 years’ experience, including 4 years in IS Audit/Cyber Security.
Audit – Information System (Manager)
- Age: 25–35 years.
- Relevant Engineering/IT qualification or equivalent.
- Minimum 4 years’ experience, including 2 years in IS Audit/Cyber Security.
Infrastructure Management Department – Premises (DGM)
- Age: 35–45 years.
- B.E./B.Tech in Civil/Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 10 years’ relevant experience, including 7 years in infrastructure management.
Infrastructure Management Department – Premises (Manager)
- Age: 25–35 years.
- B.E./B.Tech in Civil/Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 4 years’ relevant experience, including 2 years in core infrastructure functions.
Legal (DGM)
- Age: 35–45 years.
- LL.B. degree from a recognised university.
- Minimum 10 years’ experience, including 7 years as a Law Officer in BFSI/ARC/Government/Regulatory bodies or as a practising advocate with equivalent experience.
Legal (Manager)
- Age: 25–35 years.
- LL.B. degree from a recognised university.
- Minimum 4 years’ experience, including 2 years as a Law Officer in BFSI/ARC/Government/Regulatory bodies or as a practising advocate with equivalent experience.
Security Officer (Manager)
- Age: 25–35 years.
- Graduation in any discipline.
- Minimum 4 years’ commissioned service in the Armed Forces or equivalent experience in Police/Paramilitary Forces as prescribed.
