About Chambers of Paras Mohan Sharma
The Chambers of Paras Mohan Sharma is engaged in litigation practice before forums including the RERA Tribunals Delhi High Court and the Supreme Court. The chamber handles matters relating to civil procedure commercial disputes and regulatory litigation providing research drafting and case preparation exposure to interns.
The internship programme is designed to familiarise students with litigation workflows and procedural aspects of court practice.
About the Internship
This internship provides exposure to civil and commercial litigation including assistance in research drafting and case preparation work. Interns may also gain experience relating to tribunal proceedings and higher court litigation depending on assignments during the internship period.
Although the internship is remote in nature selected candidates may be required to visit courts for urgent matters or travel for client meetings where necessary.

Eligibility Criteria
Applicants should be:
- Students in the 3rd year or above of a 5 year law programme
- Final year students of a 3 year LL.B. programme
Candidates should demonstrate:
- Interest in civil procedure and commercial law
- Strong legal research skills
- Drafting ability
- Attention to detail and proactive approach
