Position 1: Research Assistant (01 Post)

Eligibility & Requirements

  • Age Limit: Preferably below 35 years
  • Engagement is contractual and project-based
  • Selected candidate must execute a bond for a minimum of one-year service
  • Continuation subject to satisfactory performance

Qualifications & Monthly Consolidated Pay (as per Amended SPRIHA Norms)

Position 2: Interns (04 Posts)

Tenure & Remuneration

  • Tenure: Maximum 3 months in a financial year
  • Consolidated Pay: ₹10,000 per month

Eligibility Criteria

Undergraduate Law Students

  • 3rd, 4th, or 5th year of 5-Year Integrated LL.B. (Hons.) / B.A. LL.B.
  • 2nd or 3rd year of 3-Year LL.B.

Postgraduate Students

  • Pursuing or completed LL.M. in Intellectual Property Law

Ph.D. Scholars

  • Researching in Intellectual Property Law / Property Law

Nature of Work & Learning Outcomes

Selected candidates will:

  • Assist in IP-focused academic and policy research
  • Work directly under the IPR Chair
  • Contribute to research reports, publications, and policy initiatives
