Eligibility & Requirements

This National Moot Court Competition is open to all students currently enrolled in a full-time, recognized 3-year or 5-year LL.B. program in India. At the time of the competition, participants must be active students of their respective institutions. Each university is typically allowed one representing team. Applicants must be well-versed in the Consumer Protection Act and general principles of civil law. High proficiency in legal research and the ability to handle spontaneous questioning by the bench are vital requirements for teams aiming to reach the final rounds.
