Master the intricate intersection of engineering and law at a boutique chamber exclusively dedicated to high-stakes construction arbitration.
About Kabi & Associates
Kabi & Associates is a niche, Delhi-based law chamber headed by Er. Ganesh Chandra Kabi, a veteran professional who uniquely combines his background as a Chartered Engineer and former Chief Engineer at CPWD with a career as an Advocate and Arbitrator. This dual expertise makes the chamber a premier destination for Construction Arbitration, a field that is both technically complex and legally intensive.
The chamber focuses exclusively on disputes arising from large-scale infrastructure projects, roads, and bridges. Their services range from Claim Preparation—where legal arguments are built on engineering facts—to Contract Advisory and representing clients before Arbitral Tribunals.
About the Internship
The firm is inviting applications for March and April 2026. This in-office internship is designed for students who want to dive deep into a specialized practice area. Unlike general litigation internships, you will learn the “mechanics” of a claim, including delay analysis and technical documentation, which are the hallmarks of construction law.

- Legal Research: Conducting in-depth research on the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, Contract Law, and specialized construction law principles (e.g., FIDIC suites).
- Drafting: Assisting in drafting and reviewing Pleadings, Claims, and Statement of Defense for Arbitral Tribunals.
- Technical-Legal Support: Supporting the team in preparing Chronology of Events and legal notes for claim settlements.
- Case Management: Maintaining trackers and databases for high-value claims.
- Hearing Support: Assisting in compiling documents and briefing for arbitral hearings.
