Work as a colleague, not just a spectator, in a high-responsibility environment spanning the Supreme Court to District Courts.
About the Chambers
The Chambers of Sushant Inderjeet Singh is a litigation-heavy practice that operates across the entire hierarchy of the Indian judicial system. Known for a mentorship-driven approach, the chambers views interns as junior colleagues, entrusting them with significant responsibility in the development of case strategies.
The practice is distinguished by its diversity, handling everything from complex Constitutional Law challenges and Public Interest Litigations (PILs) to high-stakes Criminal and Corporate matters. By focusing on both the “higher” and “lower” judiciary, the chambers provides a comprehensive view of how legal arguments are tailored differently for a Trial Court versus the Supreme Court.
About the Internship
Starting February 2026 onwards, this 4-week internship is designed for students who want to be in the “thick of the action.” You will move beyond clerical work to engage in the intellectual architecture of litigation—drafting, high-level research, and formulating litigation strategy.
The program is uniquely Hybrid, offering remote research blocks and in-person court opportunities depending on the hearing schedule. This allows for a flexible yet rigorous learning experience. Notably, the chambers is a strong proponent of social mobility within the legal profession, strongly recommending first-generation aspiring lawyers to apply.
