About the Opportunity

Selected candidates will work on insolvency-related disputes involving corporate debtors, financial creditors, operational creditors, and resolution professionals. The role includes drafting pleadings, supporting litigation strategy, and assisting in appellate proceedings before specialised insolvency forums.

Candidates joining the team will gain exposure to the procedural aspects of insolvency litigation as well as the strategic considerations involved in restructuring disputes and appellate advocacy under the IBC framework.

Positions Available

  • Senior Associate (Post-Qualification Experience of 5 years or more)
  • Associate (Approximately 2 years of Post-Qualification Experience)

Both positions require prior exposure to insolvency litigation practice.

Roles and Responsibilities

Selected candidates will be expected to assist with assignments including:

  • Drafting appeals, applications, and written submissions in insolvency matters
  • Assisting in litigation strategy for proceedings before NCLT and NCLAT
  • Supporting case preparation relating to corporate insolvency resolution processes
  • Conducting legal research on developments under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code
  • Assisting with documentation relating to creditor claims and restructuring disputes

Eligibility Criteria

  • Prior experience in NCLAT litigation and IBC-related matters
  • Post-qualification experience of 5+ years for Senior Associate position

  • Ability to manage litigation timelines and case documentation
