About the Opportunity

Advocatus Law Offices is inviting applications for positions in its NCLAT and Insolvency (IBC) practice based in New Delhi. The firm is looking to strengthen its insolvency litigation team by recruiting professionals with prior experience handling matters under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code and appellate proceedings before the NCLAT.

Selected candidates will work on insolvency-related disputes involving corporate debtors, financial creditors, operational creditors, and resolution professionals. The role includes drafting pleadings, supporting litigation strategy, and assisting in appellate proceedings before specialised insolvency forums.

Candidates joining the team will gain exposure to the procedural aspects of insolvency litigation as well as the strategic considerations involved in restructuring disputes and appellate advocacy under the IBC framework.

Positions Available

• Senior Associate (Post-Qualification Experience of 5 years or more)
• Associate (Approximately 2 years of Post-Qualification Experience)

Roles and Responsibilities

Eligibility Criteria

• Prior experience in NCLAT litigation and IBC-related matters
