Role Overview & Responsibilities
As a Legal Executive, you will manage the end-to-end documentation process for IT staffing engagements. Your work ensures that all parties—TEK Inspirations, the end client, and the sub-vendors—are aligned on expectations and liability.
- Contractual Drafting: Creating and reviewing standard industry agreements:
- MSA (Master Service Agreement): Defining the long-term relationship with clients.
- SOW (Statement of Work): Outlining specific project deliverables and timelines.
- Subcontracting Agreements: Managing the legal flow-down to third-party vendors.
- Records Management: Maintaining a centralized “Master Documentation Record” to ensure audit readiness.
- Compliance & Closure: Ensuring all signatures are obtained and that documents comply with organizational and regional legal standards.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Acting as the bridge between internal recruitment teams and external legal/procurement departments of clients.
