About the Competition / Opportunity
The 3rd NLIU Agreement Drafting and Presentation Competition 2026 is structured in two phases:
Phase I – Agreement Drafting
Participants must draft a legally sound commercial agreement based on the Contract Proposition provided. Entries will be judged on drafting precision, structure, clarity, legal reasoning, and innovation.
Phase II – Presentation Round
The top 15 entries from Phase I will be shortlisted for the presentation round, to be conducted at NLIU Bhopal. Participants will present and defend their agreements before a distinguished panel comprising legal experts and industry professionals.
Participants may register individually or in teams of two.
