Maharashtra National Law University (MNLU), Nagpur, established in 2015, is a premier student-centric institution dedicated to achieving excellence in legal and justice education. Currently in its tenth year, the university has rapidly become a “Lighthouse” for academic analysis and research-focused scholarship in India.

As generative artificial intelligence, immersive digital environments, and synthetic media reshape global commerce, traditional legal doctrines are under immense strain. This conference provides a comprehensive platform to critically examine the transformation of India’s Intellectual Property regime and digital regulatory framework.
The event seeks to facilitate informed dialogue among academicians, practitioners, and policymakers to address doctrinal challenges, regulatory gaps, and commercially viable legal solutions aligned with India’s innovation goals.

Submission Categories and Guidelines
The conference invites high-quality submissions from students, researchers, and professionals. All papers must demonstrate analytical rigor and novelty.
- Long Articles (3500–6000 words): Comprehensive analyses of contemporary commercial and technology-related IP laws.
- Short Articles (2000–3000 words): Focused studies addressing specific regulatory challenges with an emphasis on policy relevance and real-world commercial viability.
Submission Rules:
- Originality: Plagiarism must not exceed 10%. AI-generated content is strictly prohibited.
- Co-authorship: Permitted up to a maximum of two authors.
- Citation Style: Harvard Bluebook (20th Edition).
- Peer Review: All papers undergo a double-blind peer review process to ensure high-quality scholarship.
