Roles & Responsibilities

Interns at Cyberonics India will be involved in the end-to-end lifecycle of litigation:

• Litigation Support: Assisting in case management for Consumer, Criminal, and Labour matters.
• Legal Research: Conducting deep-dives into statutes and precedents, especially regarding digital evidence.
• Drafting: Preparing petitions, legal notices, and case briefs.
• Court-Related Work: Understanding the procedural nuances of local courts and tribunals.
• Technical Interface: Exposure to how cyber forensics impacts modern legal strategy.

Eligibility Criteria

• Course: Law students (3-year or 5-year LL.B.) with a serious interest in litigation.
