Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Drafting, reviewing, and formatting real estate contracts, including:
- MoUs
- Lease agreements
- Sale & Purchase Agreements
- Coordinating with Dubai Land Department (DLD), RERA, and other regulatory authorities for:
- Property registrations
- Regulatory approvals
- Compliance requirements
- Maintaining and updating:
- Legal files
- Contract trackers
- Document management systems
- Conducting basic legal research and providing administrative legal support
- Liaising with clients, brokers, and external legal counsel
- Monitoring critical deadlines related to:
- Contract renewals

Eligibility & Requirements
Applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field
(Law degree preferred) - 1–3 years of prior experience as a Legal Assistant, Corporate Lawyer, or similar role
- Working knowledge of UAE real estate laws
- Familiarity with DLD and RERA procedures
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Arabic language skills are an added advantage
- Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail
