The 5th National Essay Writing Competition by SALE, RGNUL 2026 revolves around the central theme “Regulating the New Economy: Challenges in the Age of Technology and Sustainability.” The competition seeks to stimulate advanced legal scholarship by encouraging participants to explore how law and policy must adapt to innovations such as fintech, AI-driven markets, climate-linked finance, platform economies, and cross-border digital trade.
